Ewa Paduszynska-Stec is a professional gilder in New York City with over 30 years of experience, achieving a deep understanding and appreciation for fine arts and furnishings. Well versed in water and oil size gilding, she has an excellent eye and sensibility in regards to the color of bole, the tone of various types of leaf and their relationship when a surface is distressed; she is consistently providing exceptional craftsmanship.

Trained in Wilanow Palace Museum in Warsaw, Poland, she began to work as a gilder for Fitzkaplan Inc. in New York City in 1997, additionally working on freelance projects. Clients include creative individuals, antique dealers, artists and interior designers.
